Ellen, owner of the company, is semi-retired since her daughter Ann Fagan Riley is running the business. Ellen will always be there for her loyal employees and customers.

ANN FAGAN RILEY, VICE-PRESIDENT - (30 yrs)

Ann, Ellen’s daughter, has practically been raised in the answering service business. She serves as the vice-president/general manager and oversees all aspects of the answering service. She takes pride in providing our customers with the best customer service in the business.

SUSAN ALLUMS, MANAGER - (42 yrs)

Susan is our Operations Manager. She handles staffing, our clients and is also a customer service representative.
