ANN FAGAN RILEY, VICE-PRESIDENT - (26 yrs)

Ann, Ellen’s daughter, has practically been raised in the answering service business. She currently resides and works remotely in Pearland, TX but travels to Victoria,TX on a regular basis. She is very much involved in every aspect of the business and is here to provide for our customer’s needs. She also handles the technical part of the business.

SUSAN ALLUMS, MANAGER - (39 yrs)

Susan is our Operations Manager. She handles staffing, our clients and is also a customer service representative.

Cindy is our Assistant Manager. She handles the bookkeeping department, our clients and is also a customer service representative.
